When do they let you in for early breakfast ADRs?

If you have an ADR at the exact time of opening, do they allow early entry? What are the rules surrounding early access?

Typically 15 minutes or so early.

I agree with aaarcher86. In our experience, if our ADR is 8:00am, we are usually let in around 7:45am.
