Sat was my bday and my dd bought me a nice necklace. I wore it to work another girl that works there got mad b/.c it was dragonfly which I LOVE and my dd knew that. I also knew this girl likes them too but I didn't think much about it.
That night she looked at me and said "you suck!" and asked where I got it. I thought she was talking about my out fit as it didn't dawn on me that she was talking about my necklace. I told her the mall and walked out b/c I had to work.
I came back in the break room later and she started in on how dragonflies are her thing and she is the queen. I told her that my dd bought for me for my bday and she started to talk over me about how it is her thing. I rolled my eyes and walked out.
Later in the night I came back in to get something out of my purse and the bouncer (whom we all know wants this girl real bad) said in front of everyone in there "why are you copying the dragonfly?" I looked at him and said 'my dd bought this for me and I am NOT copying. Didn't know it was copy righted!" I slammed the door.
Later I confronted him about and told that was not nice and it was very mean and it hurt my feelings. He said it was a joke! Then he walked out. Right is was NOT a joke!
So am I crazy to think that she is crazy to expect others to not wear or have anything to do with dragonflies just b/c she doesn't want anyone else too?
This is crazy I felt like I was in kindergarten.

TO me, when you do that stuff you are acting just as immaturely as they are and in so doing encouraging the behaviour (because we all know people act like that largely to get a reaction). 
I can't believe 2 grown women and a grown man are even have a conversation about this, beyond, "Nice necklace." Seriously, y'all need to grow up. at least make it to high school
