Entertainment Rate for 2002

Just called HRH, and the EC rates are not out yet for early March. Jerry told me to call back in November. Wonder what is holding it up... any ideas?

I believe I saw somthing on a previous post that said they are trying to load all the rates for the Royal Pacific Hotel. They might start taking EC rates for the Royal Pacific in November.
