School's usually sell them for $20 for their fundraisers. I know my sons school is selling them right now and we can order out of town editions as well for $20.

A good place to ask is the Budget Board.
Awhile back YourGiftCards.com was offering $50 gift cards at various places for ordering a $25 entertainment book. I think they still are.
I seems to take awhile to get the cards, but others have been getting them.
I went through two different selections and have two $50 gift cards coming from different stores (of my choice).
