Entertainment book discounts?

We purchased the Entertainment book for the savings on the room, my question is are there any other places that accept the card for additional discounts? Specifically any stores or restaurants in DTD?

Did you get the OC book or the book for your area? There may be McDonald's in there if you guys stop there for breakfast. As well, you can check to see if there is one for Mimi's. Other than that I am not sure what you could use it for since you will mainly be in the park. I just use our TX book, the card works fine at Hojo's even though it is out of state.

I got the one for our area...but I figured there would be discounts by using the card that can be used nationwide like the HOJO's one. Or maybe I was just wishing.

LOL, yes, dh laughs when he sees me reading the board. He says you have probably been more times than all those people on the board combined yet I still can't pull you away, lol. One year I kept all my parking tickets from the structure and we stopped counting them after 150, lol. SAD!!!!

Anyway, some of the fast food type coupons may not have a location on them, like McD's etc, so you may be able to use those down there. There may even be a Von's coupon for $5 off groceries. Not sure if you can use it with the delivery or not, however.

There is not one for our area, so I would have to buy one for Orange County. I don't know if it worth the money for the savings.

Right now we're debating between desert inn and suites and hojo.

If you use it for a hotel, all the books are fine for that.

If you can't use it for your area, and I have never read that there's anything that good for OC area, you don't have to get either. Get one for an area you might go to, or just get the cheapest (different prices for different areas).

Hopefully someone who lives in the area who has an OC book can tell you what's in there, if there's anything around DLR that's beneficial, but I do believe I've read there's nothing for the places around there. (might be something for McD's or Quizno's, but NOT the one on Harbor...that sort of thing)

Oh, and you can look on http://www.entertainment.com, but I'm not sure that the online listings include everything that is in the book. I have noticed that there are listings for things in the book that you need the coupon-from-the-book for and can't print the coupon from online, so it might be a comprehensive listing, but I can't state that for sure.

While looking casually around the OC listings online I have never seen anything useful for the DLR area.

If they are all good at the hotel, no matter where I buy the book, I will go for the city a few hours away from us.

The entertainment book has great hotel discounts, but The AP rate sometimes is better. If you have an AP watch for that!
