I know i have asked alot of questions and I thank you for answering them. My husband just found a great deal through enterprise through his job and I was just wondering how they are with the process and how are the cars?

Never had any problems with their cars or the actual rental process itself; they are pretty much like any of the other big-name rental companies.

However, just make sure to double and triple check the details of your reservation when you book it. I've had multiple issues with errors in the reservation, being mis-charged after I return a car, not being able to get a receipt after the fact, etc. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

We had problems with the one Enterprise in the Orlando area closest to WDW (not the airport). We were on WDW property and reserved a car to drive to the port for a cruise. Apparently they showed up 20 min. early before our scheduled time and since we weren't there, they left. I said we were outside before our scheduled time (10 min.) but not 20 min. ahead of the time so why didn't they wait until the scheduled time? They just kept repeating "we were there 20 min. ahead of time, and you weren't, so we left." They refused to come back to get us, and we had to get to the port, so we had to pay $25 for a taxi to take my DH to pick up the car so we could drive to the port. Never again.
