entering the park for an early PS?

I'm very pumped! Today we got our reservations for CRT!!! We will be having breakfast in the castle at 8:25 on Sunday, February 15th. Now, a question. How early can we enter MK? I would love to be there quite a bit earlier than our PS so we can take our time walking down Main Street and enjoying the "empty" park. So, what time will they let us in for an 8:25 PS???

I have an early PS at the Crystal Palace 8:30am Dec 23. I too would like to know just how early you need to reach MK so not to be late for my PS before the park opens.

On a 9:00 opening day, my CRT seating wasn't until 9:05, but we arrived shortly after 8. Going to the turnstiles to the left was what I expected, but I expected them to ID me and look for my PS on a computer run or something. Nothing. There was a CM calling out for people with breakfast seatings before 9:00 to come in thru here. We waltzed right in and made our way---leisurely---up an empty Main Street. I made video, lots of snapshots, and had the Disney photographer to make one of our family (5x7 for $12.95) I had goosebumps...it was so great!!! You feel so clever to have "outsmarted" the general public and have this magic all to yourself! We made it to the castle at 8:25 and DH asked what we were going to do now and I said "checkin." I did and they seated us right then. We were coming out at 9:05 (our PS time), so we were able to head straight to Dumbo without almost any wait. Breakfast before opening is the GREATEST. Melanie

That's great news, Melanie! Just what I wanted to hear. What is the earliest PS's they give out? As I said, ours is at 8:25, so we plan to try to enter the park no later than 7:45, if that is possible.

Thank you, so we enter from the trunstiles to the far left. We need to arrive earlier than I thought. Hope we do not miss the early morning character breakfast Bus in front of the YC resort!

There should be a CM with a sign asking for guests with priority seatings to enter there. He will mark your name off his list of ps's and you will be escorted in before your seating.

that 8:05 am is the earliest PS. They won't let you in before 8am and that gives you 5 minutes to make your way down Main Street. We had 8:10 am PS in Jan 2002 and were let in at 8 am to a virtually empty park... REALLY COOL!! Unfortunately our pictures from that day are not the greatest as it was VERY overcast and dark, but we ate and were waiting for the rope drop to Fantasyland before 9am... First ones on Dumbo and the carousel that day! Also saw Mickey and Minnie and Max as they climbed over the ropes to start their day in the MK!! BUT SHHHH!! let's keep this business about early PS our little secret!! It's almost as good for us off-siters as EE !!
