Enterances to each park

I'm studying over our Personalized maps, they are so cute, so glad I ordered them and reviewing our DVD that WDW sent and so confused as to where you enter to get to all the parks. Where the heck is the parking lot? Do they offer shuttles from the parking lot to where you go into? We've been to Disneyland and am comfortable with that place and know that WDW is soooo much bigger! Do we walk on all those roads to get to each park? Yes I'm having a anxiety moment on how much time we will spend trying to get to the entrances for each park....can anyone explain?

The parking lots are just outside the park gates. The amount of walking is minimal. And you always have the option of taking a tram from your parking row to the turnstyles.

thanks. Yes minimal walking before I have to walk a million miles would be great.

MK is the exception. You park at tickets and transportation and take either the monorail or ferry to the entrance.

If you are staying at one of the WDW resorts you may also use their transportation -- busses, monorail and/or boat.

How long does it take once you find a parking spot to do this?

Oh, and how early do you need to park before MK opens?
