ENOUGH with the SNOW!

Count me in! When you have a winter storm warning for existing snow that's BLOWING everywhere, you know it's bad.

Wind chills expected to -28 over the next few days...

The joys of living in Wisconsin near the lake... ;)

I'm on the mississippi and same thing! It's too flippin cold and there's too much snow!!!! UGH I am SO READY to move to FL

Living in the cold frozen tundra makes vacations in Orlando during winter that much sweeter. Plus, I love having the seasons change. I wouldn't trade it myself.

As for global warming, if you anybody still believes I've got some carbon credits to sell ya.

I am dreaming of anywhere warm. Especially Poly in May! It is 32 below at this moment. At least the snow looks beautiful in the sun. Or should I say from the inside!

Kevin???

Did you used to live up near Albany???

If so...

Greetings from Scotia/Glenville....

And...it's ain't even over yet... so far about 18 inches... 13 degrees out...

I can handle the snow, because it is pretty. I can handle the cold, because you can always bundle up. I can't stand the dangerous driving conditions, and the fear that I have every time myself, or someone I love, has to drive in this stuff. We are experiencing blizzard conditions in mid-michigan today. My parents were supposed to come visit, but the driving conditions are keeping them at home.

the only consolation is I'm spending the entire day indoors literally packing to move to FL. 1 month baby! 3 months of hell for 9 months of bliss...I'll take it! Just please...no more below 0 and NO MORE SNOW

I still want my brats and cheesecurds though. That's gonna be tough:lmao:

Same in Iowa. My parents live in the country and they have 5 foot drifts just in there driveway. The state patrol has said that most country roads are not passable. Hopefully tomorrow will bring better news. Today is a good day for baking!

I'm with ya on this. I LOVE :lovestruc the snow and don't mind the cold too much....but I also HATE driving in it (and especially black ice) and I worry about my family driving in it as well. :scared1:

The news just came over with a report of a 35 care pile up on I-94 just west of Kalamazoo with known fatalities.

....now another 30 car pile up on I-94 near Lake Michigan. Why don't people stay off the roads in this stuff.

Ohhhhh... I hate hearing that...

Everyone stay home...it's not worth getting hurt... :grouphug:

Do y'all want to know that it's bright and sunny here in Orlando with a current temperature of 73 degrees?

They are predicting a cold front moving in....and it's going down to 58 tomorrow. Brrrr!!!!!

Oh....you didnt want to know?

Sorry. :)

Okay...that is just not right. Of course here in Richmond, VA it is sunny and 48 by Saturday it will be 61. The joys of living south of the Mason Dixon Line. For all the snow bunnies...hang in there....winter will be over with..... in approximately three months.

My DD just did a 360 going 20...and my DS18 is still out there, coming home in an hour. He's an "adult", so won't let me pick him up. I told him that if he's so "adult", he can call AAA and wait for 4 hours for them to pull his sorry butt outta a snowbank.

It's only 2 miles to drive, but there are lots of hills on these roads. Days like these, I hate being the mommy.

snowing, raining, sleeting, snowing again, hailing, and now back to rain. then shovel for an hour or to. go to the store for a few essentials and come back to my lazy, no shoveling neigbor park in my nice clean spot. a little leaning on the horn and some polite yelling gets my spot back. i just love massachusettes.

p.s. finally my 100th post. takes us lurkers a lil time.

Up here in southern NH it's just snowing like crazy!! I would love to go out just to see how beautiful it is.

Today is my son's 18th birthday and with DH away...I wanted to bring him out for dinner but he said he was fine if we just stay home. Tomorrow night I promised him...what a great son he is!!

Snow makes me  I hear ya with the enough already.
Oh, and maybe it will get up to 0 today.:headache:

Where is a nice warm place to live with plenty of jobs???

Ok, Kevin, as the Assistant Principal of this thread, you are SO headed for time out!

Do not provoke the Yankees!!! We will store snow and throw it at you!!!

Here I am 24 hours ago, enjoying the sunny 80 degree weather.
