Enough time.. ?

We will be arriving at the airport at 4:55. Then doing the Magical Exspress to ASMo. We will check in (Should I do online check in or no?) and then we plan on going straigh to Downtown Disney to eat and shop. What time do you think we will get there? Will we have enough time to enjoy the shops and eat there or will we have to come back another time to soak it all in. It will be a Sunday.. Tell me what you think...? This is my first trip as an adult an

You should be able to get there between 7 and 8. That's plenty of time to do some dining and shopping.

I agree, you should have plenty time to eat and do some shopping. As far as online check in....I love doing online check in! Other DISers have said they had to wait in a longer line once at their resort when they did online check in but I've never had anyone ahead of me in line (have only done online check in for All Star resorts). It was really great. There are several threads about online check in experiences, you may want to check them out.
