Enough time between landing and ADR?

Our flight lands at MCO at 11:40AM 11/26 and we are staying at CBR. I was able to snag 3 reservations for 4 people each today at WCC, my ideal Thanksgiving day meal. But here's my issue....the first 2 reservations are at 3:15. Will we have enough time after landing to get to CBR and then to WCC?

Depends.

If you use ME, and land on schedule perfectly, you will make it to CBR probably a little before 1. If you use a private service, you will still have to go via CBR with your bags.

Then you will need to either call a cab/uber, or take a bus to a park then transport from the park to WL. it will be tight using Disney transport. If you ME to CBR and can get a cab from CBR to WL, that's your best shot. But you'll need more than one cab with 12 people.

Maybe. Maybe not. It just depends on too many factors to say for sure. Are you okay with paying the no-show fee if you don't make it?

IF your flight (s?) arrive on time, and IF your ME bus has no delays, you should be at your resort by 1:00 ish. Hopefully you will have done online check-in, so you can drop your carryons with Luggage Services and grab a couple of taxi vans to get you to WL. If all goes well, you should make it in time. But everything depends on an on time arrival. Risky.

You are braver than I am. I have never had an issue with arriving ontime, but I refuse to start my trip with that level of stress. We always take the first flight out so we land between 9 and 10 in the morning. The earliest ADR I have ever chanced was 6 PM in the evening.

1) Remember, no resort-to-resort buses.
2) So, even if on-time, you plant to take a taxi to WCC, that takes about 15-minutes
3) A bus ride could take up to 1-1½ hours.
4) Best route choices.
. . . bus to MK/TTC, bus to WL
. . . bus to MK/TTC, boat to WL

NOTE: My personal guess is that your timing will be close.
. . . 11:40 - arrive MCO
. . . 12:00 - deplane, if sitting in rear of plane
. . . 12:10 - walk to tram
. . . 12:25 - walk to DME booth
. . . 12:35 - wait in line to be assigned a bus
. . . 12:45 - walk to bus **
. . . xx:xx - wait time for next bus unknown
. . . 12:55 - wait for bus to load
. . . 1:40 - get to hotel
. . . 1:55 - check in
. . . 2:10 - place carry-on in room
. . . 2:15 - walk to bus
. . . 2:25 - wait for next bus **
. . . 2:45 - bus to MK
. . . 2:50 - walk to WL boat
. . . 3:05 - wait for next boat **
. . . 3:20 - arrive WL
. . . 3:35 - walk to WCC

** Could be done quicker by a few minutes.

NOTE: On such a busy day, do not expect any "Grace Period" for being late. We had several people come up to our Concierge Desk last year (on both Thanksgiving and on Christmas) complaining of missing their ADR and having it cancelled, and getting the $10 Per Person No-Show Fee. We told them they should have been on-time. Some gave excuses, and we said, they should have planned to be on-time. They responded with "what about a Grace Period?". We told them there is no Grace Period at any eatery. The eatery, AS A CONVENIENCE, might let them in, but not guaranteed.

We also have an ADR for Cape May that night at 7 that I scheduled at 180 days. I realize we'd make that much, much easier....but I'm thinking the little kids might not hold up for that late and we plan on hitting MK at the crack of rope drop the following day.
I really just want to eat at WCC

I agree with the others that it's possible, but kind of risky. The general rule of thumb is to usually allow three hours from when you de-plane to when you're walking into a theme park. As others have suggested, I would spring for taxi(s) to get from CBR to WL, otherwise, it'll take even longer because you'll have to get to a theme park first and then take another bus or boat to get to the WL. I know there isn't a lot of time between now and the 26th, but I would keep checking for a later time (multiple times per day if possible).
