Enjoyed "Club Cool" today

Club Cool is now open at Epcot and has the same soda samples you always enjoyed, including the ever popular Beverly, lol. The dispensers are new and different from the old ones. Cola merchandise is again available.

The place is light and airy as compared to the dark interior of the of Ice Station Cool.

No, the caveman has gone back to the frozen tundra from which he came.

Is it still refreshingly freezing cold in there, and does it still have the "meat locker" plastic strips hanging at the entrance near where the caveman was?

I will get to see it first hand this coming week, but I am afraid the traditionalist in me will not like the changes.

This is the first trip we shall try this...and my DH is completely unaware of "Beverly"...so you KNOW Momma's gonna have fun with this one!

Hi, we will be there Wednesday!! Just a quick question- I thought I had read that it would be closed until January??? My kids will be thrilled that it is open for this trip. It is funny the stuff that kids REALLY enjoy the most!!

Is it in the same place in Epcot?? Is it basically the same as before??

Club Cool appears to have NO reminants of the Ice Station Cool. It just looks like a building with the dispensers and a few tables.... kind of unoriginal. I am HOPING that the pictues do not do Club cool justice

I have no idea what this place is.. .. never heard of it. What is the "beverly", whats the cost to go in...and is it worth it???

Free with admission to EPCOT. As for Beverly...you have to try it! Words just can't describe it!

Definitely worth the time!! And, as for the Beverly....it's just an Epcot tradition! You've just got to drink a big glass of that everytime you go!! YUMM!!!!

I heard that walkway now holds a place in heaven right next to the boats from "20,000 leagues under the sea"...it exists only in our hearts and minds!!

I am so glad to hear that this is open now! I was looking forward to going, then heard that is was closed temporarily. This is gonna be great....DH is clueless about Beverly..tee hee

Beverly is an Italian soda, that is basically the nati ice of sodas. (nati ice is Natural Ice Beer, a drink that is only known to the college folk)

The entrance to the new Club Cool is now a door entrance like any other - no more hanging strips or cold walkway with a little "snow". It's located in the same area as before and entry is just to the right of the old igloo entrance which, as of yesterday, was still boarded off.
