Engagement during the Christmas Party...Please help

Hey everyone. I have a question that I am hoping might get answered. I have a friend at work that recently became in engaged during one of the MVMCP (12/8) during the fireworks. She was standing on the hub and an English family was behind her and her fiancé. They apparently filmed it but she did not ask for them to email the video to her. I am hoping with some pixie dust that the family may be on the boards. I have attached a photo of them. Please let me know. Thanks!
