Engaged Tone?

Every time I phone MS I just get an engaged tone! I hung on to see what happens and it evenetually cuts off?

Any ideas?

Its ok I just kept phoning and am on hold! Apparently I'll be here for up to 15 minutes!

This is a busy season for Member Services because of December bookings. It is not unusual for the phone lines to ring busy this time of year. You just need to keep calling. I hope you have the phone company in the UK that has the toll-free service. Otherwise, you can try submitting an email request. If your home resort is SSR or OKW, you'll likely have success via email. BWV or BCV, I would definitely call.

I got the hold tone for a few minutes this AM, before I got through for a 15 minute hold. I said, hey, do you guys think you might put the reservation access on line (obviously it's already computerized so why not?) and she goes "no, we like our jobs" well whatever, lol. we all like to work, but no one wants to be that busy all day long, and I sure dont like sitting on hold. Oh well, she was pleasant enough, and I appreciate the service.

I had an awful time 2 weeks ago...I called once to book a 7 month ressie and once (different day) to book at my 11 month window. Once it kept ringing, at least twice I got that tone, and once it dropped me somehow after I was put on hold. Then, once I "got through" I was on hold 15 minutes one day and 30 the other! It stinks when you're trying to get through to get "in line" on hold and you get dropped or it just rings and you have to try again.

When I called this morning, I got right through - however I had the most rude vacation advisor ever, which put a damper on my whole "non-waiting" experience!
I've never had someone like this before at MS - I was very surprised.
He seemed generally annoyed at my questions and forget about if he had to switch between computer screens! and he kept saying things like - "well, i don't know - what did i just tell you??" my mouth was wide open!

Since he doesn't like his job that much - maybe they can put his portion of phone calls into an online ressie system! LOL
