DS is on Enfamil Prosobee Lipil and of course I get Similac coupons in the mail but never any Enfamil. The ShopRite near my house just raised the price for the large powder can that I buy. Formula is costing us about $40 a week! I called Enfamil and asked them to send me some coupons and they did... $6 worth. I was hoping for the good coupons they send you when you first have your baby. I would love to know where/how I could get some more coupons or save money on the formula. Any suggestions would be great! :)

I got my parents, my sister, my brother and a couple of friends to sign up too for formula and diapers. I am a single mother of twins and needed all the help I could get. If you have a CVS by you they usually have a really good sale on the small cans at least once a month for $9.00 which if you buy 2 cans you get more ounces for a cheaper price...

I know that after my daughter turned 4 months the coupons from both Enfamile and Similac basically stopped coming. And it was signed up, my husband, and mother. Since formula was costing $40 a week I had to switch brands. The occassional $5 coupon wasn't covering it anymore. I switched to the WalMart brand that had the Lipids. Recently I found a two pack at Costco for the price of 1 similac/enfamile can. It has the lipids too. I wish that the companies would be more consistent through the first year, I mean a baby doesn't go off formula after only 4 months.

I understand yor pain--we are on liquid gold--$22.00 a powdered can or $6.99 per 13oz can. We spend about $300 a month on formula :confused3

My sister gets tons of coupons from freecycle and craigslist. All for free. I have also seen people sell them on ebay.

I see them on freecycle all the time, too.
Ebay is another good suggestion.

I get them a lot, but I'm not sure why (I must have gotten on some list by accident at some point?) .. we don't use formula, so if I get more in the mail I will PM you :thumbsup2

I also switched to the Coscto brand.. after a month my son started getting very constipated so I just put him back on Enfamil. I will try it again in another month or 2 and see how he does. I have also had good luck in the past with the walmart brand.

I usually stick with enfamil until 3-4 months and than use a store brand. Same stuff, different label and alot cheaper.

I have also purchased alot from ebay in the past.

My DD6 still has to use Nutramigen and I can't get coupons anymore. My DDalmost 2 is on Neocate with costs $40 a can and lasts 2-3 days. This is a special mail order only and there is no such thing as coupons for this. I really feel your pain!!!!

Bye the way, watch your grocery for those print out coupons. I get formula ones all the time.

Thanks! I have heard of craigslist but not freecycle. I will check them out. :)
