End of Sept weather?

hey guy's I'm gonna start packing up the kids stuff this weekend while they are at grandmas and I was just wondering what the weather is like there, we will be in San Diego, Oceanside and Anahiem.

We were there last year from the 22-25. It was warm and beautiful. Sweatshirts were nice for the late evening, but we wore t-shirts and shorts all day long.

It should be shorts weather during the day, and it CAN be really hot and dry (in the high 90s) if we get a "Santa Ana" weather condition. San Diego and Oceanside will be cooler than Anaheim (since they are along the coast), and you will definitely want a sweatshirt and maybe even long pants at night, since in the coastal areas you'll have temps in the 60s and high humidity, and it gets chilly.
