Hi! We're thinking of planning a trip possibly in late November (just can't make up my mind!). Anyways, we went for 3 weeks last year in December for Christmas and were disappointed in the very cool weather. I heard that temps were below average for December last year, but it put me off to traveling in December ever again. I'm wondering how November weather is typically. Anyone out there who regularly travels over Thanksgiving, or someone who lives in the area that can comment? We're (okay *I'm*) looking for bright sun and warm days, not hot....

We go every year right after Thanksgiving and its topsy turvy at best. One year we wore shorts in the day but it was cold at night. Once it was even warm at night, others it was cold quite a bit.

Plan for just about anything.

Late November is as iffy a time of year as December. There's no way to know how cold it might be.

We were also there in December last year (only for 3 days, though). It was reasonably warm during the day (probably low 70s) and jacket weather at night, and we were really happy with the weather (we have been there in the past when it was much colder--we brought long underwear just in case for the evening :earsgirl: , but didn't have to wear it!).
