We got this thread really going around this time last year, so let's do it again!
December 11-16, staying at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge for our first anniversary. Technically, our anniversary is 12/6, but we can't take Pop Warner again!
Anyone else? The official list is now adding up quick on page 11 of this thread!

o.k. now I am freaking out is it really that bad w/ the pop warner cheerleaders there? We are staying @ the PC 12/7-12/12, and I have heard thats where they stay. HELP!!!!!

Sorry, jumped ahead! Thanks for the inside scoop...can't change our travel date( non-refundable flight) so I paniced . Let's hope PC isn't to crazy !!! If it is, anyone have room for a family of 5 :thewave: ? Just kidding.

I'll be there with DH, my sister, and her two kids November 30-December 6, staying at Shades of Green. We have tickets to MVMCP and an illuminations cruise booked. Should be fun!

Re: pop warner, my DH and I were at Disney last year during pop warner, and I can honestly say that the pop warner kids did not bother us at all. We saw them walking in groups around the parks, but they were well behaved and accompanied by chaperones. They looked to be about 10-12 years old, IIRC. We got all the adrs we wanted, and never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride (used lots of fass pass). The only impact I remember from pop warner was that mgm closed early one night for a special event for them.

We were staying at Boardwalk, though, and I don't know that there were many, if any, pop warner kids there, so I can't speak to the resort issues some posters have experienced.

We'll be there Dec 9th -16th @ the Beach Club....Taking my great aunt for her 2nd Disney trip and 86th Birthday...last year was her first time at WDW and said we are going back next year right?? Couldn't disappoint her!

Dec. 5th through th 8th at Pop Century here, read over on the WDWMagic boards that Disney has said they are using The All Stars and Port Orleans for Pop Warner. I'm not that concerned either way, why? Because I will be in Disneyworld for MVMCP, the Osbourne Lights & the Candlelight Processional for the first time!!! Besides, I'm definitely bigger than any of those Pop Warner Players so they better watch their step! jk lol! hehehe!

We will be at the POP as well from 12/4 - 8! We were going to stay at Movies, but when I asked reservations about Pop Warner last week, she told me they were staying at Sports, Music and Riverside. I figured POP would be a good way to avoid that!

We're heading back to spend our third Xmas at WDW.
This time we're staying at the Polynesian from 12/17 through 12/26.

I know I'll be at WDW in 8 days, but I'm more excited about the Xmas trip. There's no place better to spend Xmas than with my family at WDW!
