So, I was unable to get a fastpass that we could use for Enchanted Tales with belle--was only able to get a late night one, which won't work for our 4 and 7 year olds. We plan on doing rope drop--should I make this our first priority that morning? Could we get a couple of rides in before it? How are the stand by lines for this? We will be there May 3-10. Thanks! :)

If it is that much of a priority then yes. Make rope drop and go because it will be crowded all day and night until the very last hr.

Your kids are old enough to open and close down the park!!! Sleep when you return home.

Since FastPass+ for SDMT be released, I'll change my morning Fastpass for Enchanted Tales with Belle to SDMT. So, I can go for ETWB only after 7:30 p.m., probably without FP+. Do you think that at this time the lines are huge? I'll go in May 17th.

I would still go first thing. It's a worthy attraction - and even moving from rope drop - you may see the second or third show.

Good luck!

Is ETWB something to do multiple times on one trip? Across 3 MK days how many times would you visit this?

Once.

Unless my kids asked to go again and again. I would never choose to do it repeatedly. LOL

I would think once is enough for all but the most fervent Belle fans. My 7 and 5 year old girls are OK seeing it every month or two. They say they don't need to see it every time.

Have you tried getting an FP for one person in your group and then copying it to the others? That seemed to help people get A&E fp's. I checked today's availability for just one person, and it was still available. I didn't click through to see what times could be had, but at least it wasn't greyed out even on the day of.

Thanks! Then I think I'm going to change one of my two FPs for Belle to something else.

The only thing is if one of your kids doesn't get picked for a role and is just a plate or something, they may want to go back a second time. You may want to change the 2nd Fp+ after you have used the first one,

We went at March break this year. We used a FP+ to do it at 11am. DD8 is shy and didn't want to participate, and when finished, she said once is enough for her.

DD4 enjoyed it and took part in it. She said she love it because there is nothing scary in it. DD4 and I went back at 10:30pm standby (20 minute wait) to do it again. And repeat again right after with no queue. CMs warned us that there are no one in line-up and they need to have 20 people to start a show. We ended up waiting for people to show up, which takes about 10 minutes.

So, for the younger kids, they may want to repeat it. Older ones, probably not. I strongly think this attraction is geared towards younger kids.

And I agree that your kids are old enough to open and close the parks. DD4 and I exit the park around 12 midnight on the last day of vacay and we went to say goodbye to Mickey Mouse upon exit (with 0 minute wait). It was magical.

Ah, so it's a matter of getting chosen for participation things. My kids would be up for any interesting role / interaction... so probly better keeping them as they are currently.

Yes, because only one child is chosen as Beast, one as Chip, etc. Anyone who doesn't get a "choice" role holds a plate. Just have them be very assertive in raising their hand for a role on your first visit and you may not need the 2nd Fp+! ;)

Check out one of the videos on youtube, there are several that go through the whole thing. You can get an idea of how much your kids will like it.

The issue with visiting Belle at rope drop is the amount of time the attraction takes - even if you're first it's a longer experience than any ride so you are burning those very valuable minutes in the first few hours of the day. Something to think about.

Hmmmm...I didn't even know you could do this, but its an interesting idea. Is there a spot that says "copy to another ticket" or something like that? My DH booked all the fastpasses, so I don't know how this works.

Yes, this was my concern as well. How long does th show run?

We had a FP+ and I feel like it was probably 20 minutes from bell to belle. (See what I did there? ;). We walked right in and didn't have to wait long at any point.

I think my dd, 7, would have done it two or three times. She got to be the Beast and it was just...the best. Seriously. <3

This is a very valid point. I personally would never, ever do ETWB at RD. It just takes too much time (20-25 minutes). I've had several friends and family members have success doing ETWB during traditional dinner times...between 5:00 and 6:30. This is an attraction that's more geared toward younger children and so the line is shorter when those kids are eating. My sister and her family were able to to it around dinner time last April with about a 20 minute wait.
