Enchanted Tales with Belle - Photopass Question

Was anyone else at MK on 9/22 and did the preview of Enchanted Tales with Belle? We were fortunate enough to get in and it was wonderful! I won't give any details for those who don't want to know but my issue is this....

There was a photopass photographer taking pictures and at the end handed everyone leaving a photopass card. We can't access the photo's! Is there a number I can call and / or email address to contact Disney about this? My DW is worried that they didn't scan the cards properly. Our other 5 photopass cards all worked properly so I'm a little worried that those pictures may be in digital heaven.

Call photpass guest services..the number should be on the photpass web site.

We actually filled out a missing pictures request from their website. They showed up today! BUT...we got the WHOLE day worth of pictures from the Photopass photographer. Better than nothing right?

Those doing ETWB will get all of the pictures. It is an attraction like Pirate Tutorial or Jedi Training. There is one card for all. If you notice on the back of the card, there is no scan square like on a normal PhotoPass card. You just have to pick out your family and forget about the rest.
