Encantada?

Anyone have any info about Encantada? We just found out our inlaws are NOT going with us on the trip, so we're looking into smaller accommodations. Encantada seems to fit the bill nicely for us, but I don't know much about it.

I saw on the map it's not too far from Windsor Palms, so location is good. It looks newer? The prices for rentals are certainly good, but that also scares me a little.

We drove around it last March. It's gated but we managed to sneak in behind another vehicle. It looks very nice. There was construction going on next door but I'm sure that's finished by now. It was almost completed when we were there. Each unit is individually owned so the decor and furnishing will be different. Here's a link to the TripAdvisor reviews for it and various units.

Thanks for the input. I am not thrilled with some of the reviews on Trip Advisor. Some seem to love it and are very pleased, but other reviews send up some flags. Are there problems with this resort in terms of the HOA? Some people mention the pools being filthy and certain things not being open or working.

Sympatico - you have stayed everywhere! What are your tops picks? We are looking for something clean with a private pool (doesn't really matter if it's townhome or single). We have 2 adults and 3 kids - and don't want anyone sleeping on a sofa bed. Trying for less than $100/night (before taxes).... Suggestions?

We stayed in Windsor Palms two years ago and just loved it, but I keep hearing horror stories about foreclosures and dumpy places, and I am scared to go somewhere else!

We like Windsor Hills and Emerald Island but don't mind staying anywhere as long as the house is clean and in good condition.
