Enabler - Joann's Coupon Good for Cricut Carts (Added coupon)

You are so awesome! I've been bummed out about the new coupon exclusions. Thanks so much for sharing. Now to convince DH that I need Zooballoo. If they don't carry the Disney ones yet, will the order and honor the coupon? I've heard some people say they've done that before.

On another thread, I learned of the Cricut going on sale at Michael's on Sunday, so I bought one. Then I learned on that same thread I think, different places to look for the cartridges. I never would have thought to look at our local JoAnn's and also didn't know that they accepted competitor's coupons. I went in yesterday to see if they carried them. They weren't with the scrapbooking stuff at all. They were clear across the store in their own little display rack. The cartidges were at the "new lower price" of $64.99. At Michael's here, the price is $90. I asked the clerk if they would accept the Michaels coupon, even though it said it wasn't good on Cricut stuff. She said yes, but not on the machine, because that's the way that their coupons work. So, today I went back in with my coupon that was expiring today. I noticed a JoAnn's flyer with coupons too. JoAnn's said that their coupon wasn't good on font cartridges. I bet half of their cartridges were gone between yesterday and today! So when I got to the register, I said I'd like to use the Michael's coupon on the font, the JoAnn's coupon on the shapes, and their second coupon on a mat. So I got 50% off one cartridge, 40% off another, and 40% off on the package of mats. Total price was about $85!

Or I could have gone to Michaels and not even had one cartridge...

My Joann's told me that they just got a truck in yesterday but haven't unpacked the boxes yet. They were hoping to find some cartridges inside...they are completely out! They told me to call them back today and they would be able to tell me what they got. I am crossing my fingers that they will get something that I want.

I am so bummed! I really, really want the Alphalicious font but Jo'ann's doesn't carry that one. DH told me to just go get Base Camp but I don't really want it and I don't just want to buy one for the sake of buying one.

Wow! I am so excited! I just got back from Joann's and they had just unpacked a ton of cartridges. I had bought Stamped the other day, but decided that I just didn't really like it, so since it hadn't been opened, they let me swap it for another one. I swapped for Zoobaloo and then bought Teardrop and used my 50% off Micheals coupon. I am so excited! I can't wait to use these two fonts!

I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question but I am going to try to answer.

I think as long as you print it out and take it with you, they don't scan or track its use. The serial number scans in and tells the computer how to apply the discount; I'm pretty sure it isn't tied to the person it was sent to. I was sent the coupon from someone who got it from someone else. As far as I know, they both used it with no problems.

i used the coupon today for the beyond birthdays and they gave me a hard time because she said there was a big note in the break room not to allow it to be used on the cartridges. and my reply was "it does not say that on it. i just says the machines". so we exchanged a few more words, she called the manager over and she said "we will do it this time, but not again"! i really wanted the spring stack 12x12 dcwv and they did not have anymore and will not rain check or do anything about it. it's more or less like "oh well, we don't have any more and too bad for you" sort of attitude. really. there was not even a spot for it on the shelf.

my joanne's stinks. they ALL have a lousy attitude. no help whatsoever. they make you feel bad for shopping there. i always feel lousy when i leave there.

Thank you so much for posting the coupon! I used it after work and got Opposites Attract! Earlier in the week they didn't have any cartridges, but it looks like they restocked. I had no problems with it. The cashier read the coupon and said OK and rang it up. I was already to get into a debate with them, but didn't need to complain. Yeah!

I used it today for Animal Kingdom. I printed out two and my mom used hers as well for sewing supplies. The cashier read it carefully and said that she was really suprised that it didnt exclude the catridges. Saved $26 on it.

They also had 8x8 kits for 3.74. One is travel theme and the other school. Going to give one to my nice for her birthday

I bought Zoobaloo today with this coupon, also saving $26. I just may look at purchasing another one next weekk, as I really hate to not take advantage of this coupon, now that they've started to exclude the cartridges.

The sales clerk didn't even read the coupon. Absolutely no problems at this store.

We used it on Friday. Worked like a charm. My wife picked up the Animal Kingdom (to go along with our recent AKV purchase).
