Can anyone give me some help finding out where my son can apply to work on the DCL? I have been surfing the internet to try to help him find the information, but have found nothing pertaining to an application process. I can't complain though, since my search led me to this delightful forum, where I've been reading and posting.

Welcome to the DIS boards.......... there is a wealth of information here.

If you go to www.dcljobs.com, I think you'll find what you're looking for.

Thanks! Since we have raised two "disney-ized" kids, the ship would be a real haven of a work place. My kid is a college graduate, struggling in the dot.com world, and rapidly becoming disenchanted with his "temporary" job world. He is great with kids, and I know he would do well. We're trying to convince him to try something new and adventurous while he is young.

Long days , u really do not see alot of Americans working on cruise ships..... but we did have an assistant server from
Mississippi....

Hope they can deal with 75 hour work weeks for 6 months straight and don't mind basically working for tips.
