Employment After CP

Is it possible to be hired into your CP position part or full time when your CP is up? Has this happened to anyone?

It is very possible depending on your role.

It is easiest in roles such as attractions, merchandise, food and beverage, lifeguarding, housekeeping.

It is more difficult is roles such as entertainment, front desk, concierge. Not that it doesn't happen in these roles, just not as frequently because these are very popular and you are competing with current FT CMs hoping to transfer (who will have higher seniority than you).

As for it happening, it happened to me. I went FT after my last CP ended, in attractions.

As far as the BBB, it's very unlikely u'll get hired fulltime for that position. you might get part time (a lot of my friends went seasonal), but there is a HUGE waiting list of ppl wanting to work there full time

I'm going this fall for Quick Service - Kitchen Only. So then it'd be pretty easy to get a full-time job at Disney with that role after the program?

Not easy just easier than other jobs.

You'll probably be able to get Seasonal as long as you keep your record card clean and all that jazz ^_^ It's even hard to get PT for BBB because of how small the role pool is and you've got people on the PT list ahead of you too.
