My hubbie's favorite movie is Emperor's new Groove. I have seen very little mentioned about any of this movie at the parks. Is there anything? restaurant, characters, pictures, anything!! He teases our DDs about Princess Yzma being his favorite! princess:
Thanks ::MickeyMo

Okay, this is going to be a really lame response....but I think I've seen a couple of Emperor's New Groove related things in passing here or there....at MGM perhaps? Sorry, not much help there...

Now that I'm thinking harder, I'm pretty sure we saw Kuzco as one of the characters signing autographs at some point, maybe Pacha too...I don't recall Yzma....and I think I would since she's scary beyond all reason. Or maybe I just dreamed that in some bizarre dream....

You can ask at guest services about where to find certain characters...I'm sure they could tell you if these even exist.

We love Emperor's New Groove too...Kronk Rules!

There are no rides, shows or parades dedicated to Emperor's New Groove, but you can find some of the characters available for autographs, usually at the Studios. Check with Guest Relations when you get to the park, and they'll have a character schedule so that you can hone in on your favorites.

We found the lama stuffed animal in Chesters and Hesters store in Dinoland (AK) - my husband is a fan of Emporers New Groove too. When my son was little he called it "The BALAMA Movie", so my husband had to buy BALAMA. :earsboy:

I love this movie and would love to see a ride and the characters. We will have to look harder for them in Dec.

i know a joke i got from a emperors new groove joke book
what did princess Yzma say to kronk when he was surrounded by 7 lions 4 giraffes 6 tigers and 2 zebras?
get off the merry-go-round (carousel)

The characters hardly ever go out anymore. :( If you see any of them, consider yourself very lucky!

They do have a plush Kuzco llama I believe. And some time this year, we are supposed to be getting a sequel/tv series based on the film so perhaps they'll bring the characters back out for a bit.

you can see the llama out for signing or at least we did in Dec. He was at the hat and even did his dance for us. He is really cool and funny. :rotfl:

thanks for the info. We will definately keep our eyes peeled for them! :smooth: I do think my husband will be disappointed that Yzma won't be available :teeth:

He loves the llama and Kronk also!!! My 5 yr. old DD has most movie lines memorized--it would be funny for her to run into them! At age 3, we had guests over for dinner and she said "Hit the road Bucky" :bitelip:

we love kuzco! he has to be in my top 5!

WHAT'S HIS NAME.....KUZCO!.....KUZCO!......KUZC.... ugh! you thru off my groove! :rotfl:

I think this was such a great movie- I can't understand why Disney chose to bury it the way they did. Another creative decision by the accountants, I guess.
