Empanadas de Queso & paletas recipes from La Cantina de San Angel?

I have loved the Empanadas de Queso from La Cantina de San Angel for years, been obsessed with the thought of them since May and still can't get back to WDW for ages.

I'm equally obsessed with the mango and chili paletas, from the same place.

I've Googled and searched, but can't find the recipes anywhere, so I'm hoping someone here would have them and share with me, super pretty please??

I'm more desperate than anyone should ever be about any type of food, so any help would be much appreciated!
