Dude I went to Hard Rock Cafe yesterday and Cobra was playing.
I was like, since when are they that mainstream?
Same thing happened with We The Kings. I was seriously confused when Check Yes Juliet came on the radio.
TAI is probably going to be next. Fast Times looks like it has HIT RECORD written all over it.

I kinda wish they weren't so popular but yet I'm glad that so many people love them.
ETA: I still haven't heard any Cobra on the radio.
I've heard Check Yes Juliet though.

and i'm actually super suprised that TAI isn't as mainstream as cobra...they've been around alot longer...

i've noticed that being on Fueled By Ramen kinda means your going to get on the radio...

Nope, never had.
I listen to XM also and my dad usually keeps it on 26, which isn't top hits or anything.

I know this sounds bad but i hate how main stream cobra starship is getting...when i started listening to them i knew of onlt one other kid who liked them around here...you had to go to concerts or order online to get a shirt...now there so mainstream they have shirts at hot topic...and once you hit hot topic and are being played in hollister you about as main stream as it gets

I love those boys but I think that While the City Sleeps, We Rule the Streets was better than Viva la Cobra.

I hated when it reached the point where you were like, "hey, there's this one band called Cobra Starship--"
"OMG LIEK GABE IZ SOOO HAWTT"

as opposed to, "hey, there's this one band called Cobra Starship--"
"oh, I've never heard of them."

haha yea, cobra is getting main stream... as are ALL of the fueled by ramen bands.... it sucks, because whenever this happens, i start to like the band less and less XD
