hi

im trying to do an itinary and need some help.

the lightest days according to the the brits guide just happen to be the days in november that have extra magic hour. does this mean the crowds from EMH will cancel out the lightness. (urm didnt know how else to put that)

do you think it would be better to go to the parks on an average day to avoid the EMH days. i have been advised to avoid EMH by a few ppl.

please help

what has everyone else done regarding this. how did you pick what days to go to what parks.

we didnt take into account the EMH last time we went but that was in september when crowds were minimal although we did hit a very busy day in MK one day and left as it was too much. this time its going to be busier because of thanksgiving so i would like to get it right.

any help would be gratefully recieved.

love lucy

ps SDD for me

We took advantage of the EMH when we went to WDW in May. In our experience the morning EMH's weren't too bad, I think most people tend to stay on for the evening EMH. :flower:

thanks

im trying to make my itinery as we speak but its all going a bit pete tong.

Lucy, have a look on askdaisy.net, click on the Brit's Guide, look under park updates and you should find an updated quieter days schedule taking into account EMH days.

I found in July which is obviously a lot busier than November that EMH days where fine on the morning but we accidentally caught one on an evening and it was absolutely heaving (Magic Kingdom). We couldn't get out of the park fast enough.

Personally I would avoid EMH and stick to the quieter days though I would imagine November will be pretty quiet in any case. I think some people don't buy hopper passes so EMH will be particulary popular with these people because they are getting more for their money.

I would check on the EMH days nearer your holiday. I had them all wrote down so I could avoid them but we did catch two, one morning and one evening which I didn't know about.

It's a bit of a wet day in the Boro today. You will be glad to escape to sunny climates. :)

thanks for that advice. im looking at that site now.

its been raining here for ages. cant wait for the sun.
