probably a cheeky question but do Disney have any way of removing guests already in the parks when emh are in the evening?

When they handed out wristbands they used to usher people without them towards the exits. Now you show your card instead of the wristbands so no way of seeing who is an onsite guest. You can't get on any rides without a KTTW card so majority of people leave.

When you attemp to go on any attractions you will have to produce your room key.

They checked the last two years when we purchased anything at the shops. Obviously anything on the DDP for us required our KTTW card to be swiped anyway but they did ask for one when we stopped to get a bottle of water and paid cash for it last year one evening at MK.

You won't be removed from the park, but you won't be able to do anything, including buying food and drinks, or entering any rides or shows.

I personally think the wristbands were a better idea but of course cutbacks prevent this now but surely those who have stayed on Disney property before and have an old KTTW card and now staying offsite could surely use their old ones to utilise the EMH?

I know at attractions they just look for the card and not the date on the card. I've never had my date checked before?

They do random checks, sometimes they don't check dates, other times checked on almost every ride.

They seemed to be a lot more sticky about it last year. There were a few attractions where we got off and just went straight round and through the queuing area to ride again and after a couple of times the CM there would perhaps recognise us and just wave us through. But they didn't seem to just glace at the cards as I had mine and DD's in my hand a coupe of times and you know how you hold them almost like a fan? Yep, they asked me to show them properly. I couldn't tell you if they were specifically checking for dates but they were certainly checking for more than that we simply had them in our possession. :confused3
