Cannot figure which is better for first week in December touring: going to the park with EMH or going to park expected to be less/least crowded for the day. I have seen many posts where it is suggested to park hop after 11ish to go to a less crowded park, as the EMH park tends to draw crowds. Good advice when the parks are open until 10, not so good in December when closing is closer to 6. The extra hour gained in touring time would be lost hopping. So- please respond!!! I need advice!!

First week, Nov 30th-Dec 6th.

I have not travelled at that time but my guess would be that since it is a quieter week, that the EMH park should be ok and it should not feel too crowded

During our recent trip in May we hopped out of preference not need and we always started each day (except for a water park day) at the EMH park (albeit at or near EMH opening time)

Thanks

and definately utilized EMH at MK. The park was almost a ghost town until about 11ish & by 12noon everything was very busy (Peter Pan was over an hour wait at noon). I would really try to use EMH at least for MK because we got more done in first 2 hours than we could have the rest of the day. When it got busy we would switch parks or go back to resort for swim & nap or hit things that didn't have such long lines. I know what you mean by shorter hours & losing time park hopping but I think the amount of stuff you can get done by EMH cancels out the time lost.

Just my little opinion though!!! Have a great time!!
