EMH-Should we or shouldn't we

Yes, I'm just doing our schedule now and we go next month. Holidays were crazy this year. Last summer we avoided EMH parks (due to crowds and the kids tire too early anyway for those late summer nites) and we aimed for that park the next morning figuring that if a lot of people had been there late the night before that it wouldn't be their first choice in the mornings. Should we do that again the last week of Jan/first wk of Feb? Will it be quiet enough that it really won't matter? As always any advice is always appreciated.

Our trip this March was the 1st time we experienced EMH. We loved the evening EMHs-- we were able to ride over and over! But then again, the crowds were very manageable during the day, so it wasn't completely necessary. Our strategy was to hit a non-evening EMH park during the day, and then head to the park w/EMH hours around dinner time. I've never been to WDW in Jan or Feb, but as long as it's not near a holiday I can't see it being too crowded that time of year.
