EMH schedule, does it vary

Since October hours are not out yet, I'm wondering if the EMH schedule has been varying lately, or if it has been the same days for the same parks???

It can change. It did for June. The thing with October is that w/ MNSSHP there very well may be some changes.

I did a quick look at the past 3 months and they have been diff. days each month! I am in the same boat as you. I need my hours!!! I am a neurotic planner and am going nuts over here.

Man, it really makes it hard to make dinner plans!

Not only do the days of EMH sometimes change from month to month, but on occasion, as on my trip, the EMH days change even AFTER they have been posted online (something they claim they will never do).

This became a real issue for me because I had planned all my PS's as soon as the dates were available online. I came up with a schedule based on which park I'd be in and what time I needed to be at the gates. When I finally learned the EMH days had switched (only 2 weeks before my trip), I had a hard time getting good PS times.

All worked out in the end, but I had to cancel and reschedule alot of meals to be able to get to enjoy the places we wanted to eat.

I think in October what's really going to throw it is MNSSHP and at that point all bets are off as to what the hours will be. I'm right there with you, I totally understand the confusion as I just went through reorganizing my sept. reservations when the hours were finalized.

I would make your plans based on what they 'normally' are but take into account any days that MNSSHP will fall on and go ahead and make some reservations. Then you can go back and readjust, lots of people will be doing so and you shouldn't have too much trouble except for those very hard to get places like CRT and Chef Mickeys.

There will probably be significant adjustments with the lower crowd levels in the fall.
