If I remember rightly, its Fantasyland & Discoveryland which are open for EMH, in Discoveryland only Buzz, Orbitron & SM2 are open & I think most if not all the rides in Fantasyland are open.

traditionally for EMH the following rides are open:

FL
Pinnochio (may be Snow White at times)
Peter Pan
Dumbo
Teacups
Carousel

DL
Buzz
Orbitron
Space Moutain (Star Tours if SM is down)
