EMH morning rides & character meet & greet

When there's EMH morning for MK, are all rides working during that timeframe? If not, how can we tell which rides will be available during EMH? Also the character meet & greets that say 9am on the schedule (which is the park open time), if there's EMH, would the characters meet & greet also be available during the extra hour?

For AK, is the safari ride also available during EMH morning?

My kids are early birds and I was hoping to sneak in as many as we can.

What is the realistic number of rides, one can squeeze in during the one hour EMH at MK? I'm referring to rides such as Dumbo, Peter Pan, all those around the same Fantasyland area.

Depends on which ones you wanted to do. For example, Enchanted Tales with Belle will probably take about 30 minutes. But, you could easily do Peter Pan, Pooh, Barnstormer, Dumbo and probably Tea Cups or something else in the first hour assuming you were there at actual rope drop and not getting off the bus at 8 am.
