EMH January 6-14 - should I do them?

I've learned from the DIS to avoid parks on evening EMH nights due to crowding, but would it be that bad January 6-14? I'd really like to stay in the parks until around 10-11 and using evening EMH will be the only way to do that in most cases. . .has anyone been to evening EMH in January and encountered horrible crowding and long ride wait times?

Also, how are the morning EMH Hours in January? I've never done either before and would appreciate any feedback. Thanks for your help!

We were there in Jan. and did the EMH and it was fine. The parks are still a bit crowded because of the Marthon, so the evening hrs worked out great. We stayed until 3 am the first night we went, on Jan 1st did all the rides with no wait, the 2nd time we did it Jan 8th the lines were a little longer but still had a great time. I would do it again.

We did not do the morning EMH, but we did do the evenings and they were GREAT!!!!

The Marathon runs from January 4 - 7, 2007. So you should be fine, they will leave within the a day or two after the Marathon.

Thats what park hoppers are for. too crowded because of emh then head over to the other park (before it closes of course!)
