EMH how do you access them?

Ive booked paris disney tickets and a disney hotel seperately. Not a hotel and park package through disney. Can i still access EMH? If so how do I do this? Do i need to go the hotel early in the morning to pick up a EMH pass of some sort? Can I access EMH on both the day i arrive and depart the hotel?
