EMH hours on Value Season

Does anyone know if the EMH hours during the value season is 3 hours in the evening? We are heading down September 3rd-9th, and I am just wondering if the evening EMH hours are 3 hours after the park closes. The DVD says enjoy "up to" 3 extra hours at night and 1 hour in the morning before opening. So does "up to" mean it can change to 1 extra hour at night during the value season?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My understanding is that it is 3 hours regardless of what season it is. Right now is value season also and the EMH parks are staying open 3 hours later.

Unless something changes between now and then, I think you can plan on having some parks open 3 hours later and some open 1 hour earlier during the time you are there.

It was 3 hours in January, that was value season.
