EMH evening at Epcot question

I found a list on allears about which attractions are open during the evening. I found on the disney website the park hours which say Future World is open until 7pm and WS is open until 9pm. So does this mean that the EMH only includes Future World from 7pm until 10pm? Also where do you go to get the wristbands at Epcot?

Everything on the EMH attaction list (click) stays open the whole time.

We got bracelets in the walkway near innoventions heading over to the land

There was some things missing from the list? I thought the norway and Mexico parts are open also?

Yes they are. EMH is 9:00 to 12:00 for both sections. TT, MS, SE, Soarin are open until 9:00 everynight.
