EMH Changes--Epcot in Nov

Just read the post about EMH nights, and checked for our Nov trip. If I'm reading this right, the EHM at Epcot is being changed from the usual Wed night, to Friday. The problem is we pull in late the 5th, and the next EMH night is not until the following Friday (the same night as our MVMCP tix).

I love the Epcot EMH nights, so I hope this might change back---or they will switch to Friday nights a week earlier so we can get an EMH at Epcot. Is this affecting anyone else's plans? Any hope they leave the old schedule in-place---or add another night?

This is the exact problem with having to make reservations so far in advance for dining. You get a plan based off of years of previous experience (LeCelliar on a Wed night), and they up and change the schedule.

Where did you read that? I haven't heard about it yet but we're going in November and plan to spend a lot of time at Epcot so this could mess things up a bit....

We always go to Disney in January and the last two times ( 2010 and 2012 ), the EMH for Epcot have been on Friday night. I checked the schedule again for my 2015 trip and it is still scheduled for Friday night. Maybe that's their "winter" schedule or something.

The Disney calendar is still showing the Epcot EMH for Wednesday, Nov. 5th.

I think Epcot has PM EMH on Fridays for the majority of the year, but during F&W it changes to Wednesday nights.

They stay open until 10:00 on Fridays & Saturdays during Food & Wine, usually large crowds.

Yes, which is why I figured PM EMH is changed to Wednesday during F&W.

. . . Mornings: Nov. 4, 11, 18, 25
. . . Evenings: Nov. 5, 14, 21, 28

Yeah, that is my point--we pull in (late) on the 5th, but will not have an Epcot EMH night until the following Friday. Which in essence means they are skipping over the 12th (Wed) and going to Friday. Just so happens our current trip is scheduled to miss both these dates with our arrival and departure (with MVMCP), which sucks--since EMH Epcot is one of my favorite nights.

Not complaining----just checking to see if this schedule is in fact confirmed, or if there is any hope of a change.
