Going the end of June and staying at BCV and Epcot opens at 8AM. How does park opening at 8 compare to regular opening of 9AM? Will it be less busier? Since we will be at BCV I was thinking of going straight to Soarin without a FP and hoping the wait isn't more then 15 min. What do you think?

If you get there right when the park opens and go straight to soarin, the wait time shouldn’t be more than 15 minutes. We went to evening EMH at Epcot at the nd of January and walked onto Soarin (crazy right??). Morning EMH are usually less busy than evening EMH so I definetely think it’s plausible to get on Soarin in less than 15 minutes. I hope this helps and have a good trip!!

We have done exactly this on our last two trips.... right to Soarin without a fast pass at rope drop. IMO, test track fills up faster than Soarin at rope drop. We walked from beach club to Soarin at park open and were on the ride in less than 15 mins. The international gateway was crowded and they held us until exactly open time. I can't remember if was 8 or 9, so I can't speak to difference in crowd size based on the hour of open. And walking through world showcase was crowded as well. It was tricky with the stroller, as it was a bit of a bottleneck. Totally worth it, Soarin' is one of our all time favorites. Good luck!
