EMH at Epcot?

When Epcot has EMH in the pm, is the entire park open late? Or is it just FW? TIA

Entire park is open. And when we were there on Jan. 20, probably 75% of the people left right after 9:00 Illuminations. It was wonderful. We weren't staying at a resort so we couldn't ride anything, but we had ridden everything we wanted to earlier in the day. It was nice just to poke around the shops and let the parking lot empty. We stayed until about 10:30.
