EMH and Shopping

Just a quick question

For the parks when they are open late because of the EMH how many of the shops and restaurants will be open? My wife may want to get some extra shopping in while my DD and I hit the attractions.

All the shops stay open - Disney will never turn away an opportunity for a guest to spend in the parks I can't remember what happened about the restaurants though, I <i>think</i> some of fast food places stayed open at the very least - sorry, I'd eaten before attending EMH so wasn't really paying attention.

Just wamted to let people know that I'm headed to WDW 1/1, planning on doing to evening EMH that week (MGM and MK). I'll be happy to post about what resturaunts I see open during that time there.
