EMH and regular FastPasses

When are the regular FastPasses given out on early morning magic hours? An hour early when the parks open for the resort guests or at the regular opening time?

I am particularly interested in TSM this Wednesday. DHS is an early magic hour park but we arrive late Tuesday night and would have trouble getting there early.

I want to avoid the rush on later in the week for the last-chance riders before the refurb.

1- FP's ARE issued during the AM EMH (starting an hour before the regular park hours begin.)
The FP's given out during AM EMH (except in a few cases, with the FP's given out very early in the AM EMH, at some parks) will have a Return Time that is during regular park hours.

2- Expect ALL of the TSM FP's to be fully given out for the day by between 10:30AM and 12:30PM.
