emh am at mk, worth getting up for?

Depends on how mobile your family is in the mornings.. We wanted to do it on our trip, but we're not morning people at all so we never made it. Also take into account how tired you'll be from the night before.

It's totally worth it if you want to keep retrying for that glorious 999,999 score on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

Yes, for us it is. In March we did PP, IASW, Pooh, Barnstormer, Teacups, and Dumbo by 9 and were the second group through Pete's because my son really wanted to meet Daisy.

It's the only park we do AM EMH's at & it is sooo worth it, we clear Fantasyland before the crowds come in. At most it's a 10 min wait just before 9:00 but other than that almost everything is a walk-on. It can't be beat:) Enjoy your trip!

our thoughts are to use FP for some things on other days (7d, hm, splash). On the EMH morning we are thinking buzz twice, speedway, dumbo, pooh, iasw, then hopefully we get that done early enough that there will be a low wait for btmrr once we get there.

Be sure to check out the list of rides open during the morning EMH at MK before you decide. When we tried it one year, we were disappointed to find that not all MK rides are open during EMH. Most of the ones we wanted to ride the most (Splash, BTMRR, HM, Pirates) were not open during the morning EMH. If I remember correctly, only the rides in Tomorrowland and Fantasyland were open that early. We were very frustrated, because we assumed that all of the rides would be open! Wished we hadn't gotten up extra early; it ended up being a waste of time for us.

But that was just us - it's worth a little extra research to find out what will be open, so you can make an informed decision. If your group is mainly focused on Fantasyland and Tomorrowland rides, then it's a good strategy!
I agree! Know before you go. I knew what was and wasn't opened when I did morning EMH at MK in November. I wanted to sit in relax over by Adventureland (before the entrance), and MANY people did not know that only Fantasyland and Tomorrowland were the only lands open during EMH - I watched many frustrated guests get angry when they tried to enter and the CM's stopped them. They had no idea that half of the park wasn't open.

It is worth it if you want to get Fantasyland done and most of Tomorrowland - especially with little ones! We think it is worth it at each park, because we love taking midday breaks.. We don't like being the park when they're at their most crowded in the afternoons, so morning emh is great and we can get a lot done by noon because of it.
