We leave Wednesday for 12 days @ WDW!:woohoo:
This will be our first time using National's Emerald Aisle. Are there 2 lots/sides of the airport to choose from?
Also, we don't go to a kiosk or counter just directly out to pick a car, and then drive it to check out?
Thanks!

There are two "sides" to the airport, A and B. Each airline will have luggage claim on one side or the other, but both sides have National locations. This is a good thing---getting from one side's luggage claim to the other side's rental car locations would be a royal pain.

You do not need to go to a kiosk or counter. Just go out to the Emerald Aisle, pick a car, and drive to the gate. They will check you out (quickly!) there.

You'll really enjoy it. EA service is an extremely pleasant way to start a trip.

Don't forget to have your license out when you drive to the gate. I also always have a printout of my ressie, and any coupons I might have used when reserving.

I've only used EA a few times - Alamo is usually cheaper so I don't rent from National all that often - but the EA service is just the best rental experience you can have. It's easy and quick, and you're on the road heading to WDW before you know what hit you.

I've been EA member forever and they used to always ask for driver's license & credit card when I get to the gate. I know my card is on file. I've never had any problems and so I usually just hand them both items along with the card thats in the car. Maybe when I p/u this Dec. I'll just give them my dl license and see if they ask for cc.
