What Embroidery Sewing Machine do you have? or would recommend?

You will probably find more answers on the DISboutique thread... I have a Brother 4000D and two Brother 8500Ds and LOVE them. Brother is the only manufacturer that allows you to use licensed Disney designs (legally) and the machine model number has to end in a D for it to use the Disney cards. They also have built in Disney designs (models ending with D).

The 8500D is no longer being made, but you may be able to find one used on ebay or someplace else. I LOVE them. They are easy to use for a beginner, but have lots of features you can use when you figure them all out.

I have a Brother ULT D2002. I love it and need to do more with it.

My mother bought me a Babylock last year for Christmas. It was used, so it ran around $400, but new would have been several thousand. I love it! If you can find a good sewing machine specialty store, they may offer used machines at a great price.
