Hi there! Just wondering if anyone has anything to say about embassy suites lake bena Vista. Have reservations for Sept. and can't find any reviews. Thanks!

I'll be staying at their I-Drive location later this month and, as they are a very consistent brand, I'd be happy to pass on my experience once I've been. Just remember to re-post or pm me!

Thanks a bunch! May move to the Swan for Sept visit. Am just not sure. Would appreciate any info!

Add me to your list when you come back ...sounds like a great deal with breakfast and drinks included...

We're going there in December and got a rate of $89.99/night for a king suite. What a great rate!

Our family stayed at the ES in LBV in November, 2002 for 6 nights and had a wonderful time.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and you can't beat the free breakfast/happy hour.

I'd be glad to post more specific information. Will you be traveling with your family? Will you be primarily at Disney or are you looking at other attractions as well? Any retaurant recommendations I can give?

We will be traveling with our 3 DS3, 6, 9 and my mom. We have reserved 2 rooms so that we can spread out due to our visit being two weeks. We plan on doing Disney the most, but also Sea World, etc. I only know the Disney restaurants, but would be curious to know if anything else is relatively convienient. Thanks a bunch,
Michelle

* It is extremely easy to get on and off I-4 from the ES LBV. This will make it convenient for you to get to and from almost anywhere in Orlando.

* The breakfast buffet is great! The chef there got to know my DD 3 and was wonderful to her.

* The free drinks at happy hour weren't bad for my DW and I, either.....

* DTD is a very short car ride away. This was a great place to take the family after the parks are closed or on non-park days.

* The parks are no more than a 10 - 15 minute drive away. We successfully did some trips back to the hotel in the middle of the day and didn't feel inconvenienced.

* There are a lot of decent restaurants within 2 -3 minutes. Chevy's, Jungle Jim's, Outback are all close by. Our personal favorite was Cuban restaurant in a strip mall that you pass to get to the ES. Awesome sandwiches!

* The Winn-Dixie just down the road is a great grocery store to stock up at.

If there are any other specific questions I can help with, please let me know.

Where is the Winn Dixie? I'm guessing it's cheaper than Goodings?

And about the evening happy hour...were there just drinks, or did they provide food of some sort?

Thanks. :)

The Winn-Dixie is on 528.....if you are coming off of I-4, stay on 528 past the turnoff to Palm Parkway......it's about 1 mile or so on the right hand side (added bonus, there's a great liquor store in the same complex, ABC Liquor).....

Happy Hour has some snack mixes as well as drinks....nothing too fancy, but just right......

You're welcome.....if there are any more questions on the ES at LBV, please let me know. I'll be glad to answer them.
