It can make your life more difficult if your crush knows, but I have to deal with the same crap like you do every single day. Maybe if your crush knows that you have a crush on him he might start feeling the same way, too. I'm not sure, really. I still think you should tell him, though..

Actually, if you have a crush, generally you want to be with them in the future or whatever. You'd like to go out with them, you'd like to be their girlfriend. Generally, telling them makes them aware that you like them, and heck they might like you back.
Just having a crush and saying nothing will get you nowhere.
