Email with PIN got deleted!!

One of our family members just a pin in her email but deleted it!!! If I call Disney will it be attached to her name?

It should be, but I think she'd probably have to be the one to call...

Sure, just call Disney. They have it attached to her name and address. Don't worry.

Does she have a "Deleted" folder as part of her email account?

I have such a folder as part of my Hotmail account, and if I delete something, it automatically goes to that folder for approx. 5 days before being permanently deleted. Might want to see if she has something similar as part of her email account if the code was very recently deleted.

She has one but she deleted it off of her blackberry and from there they go into whatever land and can't be found again. But, we are going to call tomorrow to see what it was.

We had a similar situation happen to us, however, ours was a postcard in the mail. When we got it, it was torn and the PIN number was gone (so annoyed!) So I called and they looked it up and it was attached to our name. It was under my husband's name, but I was able to call and give his info.
