Email to send praise for a CM?

What is the best email to use if I want to send CM feedback? I had a CM go above and beyond for my yesterday, turning a potentially stressful sticky situation all the way around. She was amazing!

This was after I had asked three other CMs for help and gotten no where. Moral of the story, keep asking! Someone will eventually be able to help you!

I don't know about emailing Disney directly. But there are hastags on Twitter that Disney, DisneyParks, DisneylandToday, etc look for. #cmcompliment and #castmembercompliment seem to be the most prevalent.

Then select: comments from your past Disneyland resort visit in the dropdown box.

We always use the "contact" link at the bottom of the DLR webpage. Make sure to enter all your contact info so that someone can get back to you for more details. Don't be surprised if they do!

Yeah! I’ve gotten phone calls sometimes.

I just did this email praise this weekend for two CMs at the GCH, and they called me yesterday to say that they got my email, appreciated the praise and that this would be put in their files and would result in a reward for the CMs. I was impressed with this response.

#castcompliment on Twitter is the best! A CM will get recognized by Disney this way. The CM will get a certificate and have their picture taken Just make sure you spell compliment right and not Complaint which happens alot LOL! Oh and CM's really appreciate the acknowledgement

But it doesn't hurt to use the email link, too. CMs at City Hall have told me that the email compliments get sent to management higher up and to the CM's specific supervisor. The compliment will go in the CM's file and be brought up at their review.
And the compliment/complaint thing made me laugh -- ain't it the truth? Auto-correct isn't always so helpful, is it?!
